Ottaviani Associati works in an integrated and multidisciplinary expertise in the field of architectural design, urban planning and design, dealing with a range of scales that covers from the “Programmi Urbani Complessi” to the design of a small object and the setting for an exhibition. After getting numerous positions, public and private, the business has expanded to international design competitions, with the aim of combining aspects of architectural quality with those of sustainability. The activity of the group has always been characterized by research and experimentation. Over the years the main topics discussed were the study of typological models for public housing, the development of Programs Urban Complex design in Developing Countries and more recently the hospital design and social housing.
The Ottaviani Associati studio has been awarded with the prize “Roma architettura 2008” . Ther after, in 2014, with the first edition of the CNETO award for the best project in the healthcare sector. In 2019 the firm won, ex aequo, the “ECOtechGREEN” award in the category green wall & visual identity.
